Established in 1980, Val Paradiso is situated approximately 10 km from the south-western coast near the town of Naro, Agrigento.
Its name “Val Paradiso” is derived from the valley in which it is situated. Literally translated it means Paradise Valley. This fertile valley has been cultivated with almond and olive groves dating back to the times of the Saracens.
Here, natural factors such as the altitude, climate, and close proximity to the Mediterranean Sea aid in the growth of the best fruits.
Organic olive groves are cultivated with organic farming methods thus respecting the surrounding natural environment; these methods imply the rigorous absence of chemical products and the use of absolutely organic fertilizers.
This olive oil is certified by the A.I.A.B. (Italian Association for Organic Farming) The ancient experience and tradition of the farm play an important role in the production of the best olive oil.
